1998-D Washington Quarter Error! Same Error Of The 1996-P Missing Earlobe

Good Morning CCF,

Just want to repost this subject because I think my first post was lost. I searched what's the exact name of the part missing on the ear area because it was misnamed online. ANTITRAGUS was the name of the missing/ overpolished part of the ear same as the the 1996-P MISSING EARLOBE. Can someone pls confirmed that this 1998-D has a overpolished on the ear? Also on the eye part looks like overpolished aswell. I havent seen anything online about the same error. Please suggest.

I don't see any difference from the normal design. I did an overlay of a Mint State 1998 quarter and your coin. Here's an animation of that overlay. The only differences I can see are the flattened areas from circulation wear.

Where do you see missing design elements?
