Here is a side by side. Thickness on the date and under the chin is where I see it the most. The top of the 2. And the 000.

I am afraid it is not a DDO. If you try to take away the glares and the light reflections, you will see that there is no doubling, but the thickness on the devices is not unusual for this year.
