Does anyone possibly know the value of this dollar may cannot find another like it serial 00000459A pic does do justice encased in plastic mint condition

1st Nice low number Silver cert
I would have it graded and the TPG service will seal it in a hold for you cost? I have not found a note worth having graded yet
