I see many MS68 cents from the 80's covered in them, which I personally think should lower the grade. Regardless, this as a beautiful coin! Report this Post to the Staff

Purchased it slabbed in a NGC holder for a very good price. Looked like it would cross so I sent it in. I now have 3 of these in PCGS 68+ holders, so I put this one up on ebay.
