Here is a recent coin show purchase, GIII with wife. It has a pretty green patina, seems to be a thing with many of this coins form Thrace?

Very nice coin Chris!...Lovely detail on the Tranquillina portrait....
I do find these dual portraits appealing too..
I've been looking into these recently and I'm amazed by the detail of the portraitures...You can pretty much ID the coin just from this without reading the legend...
I dont know about you but the only offputting detail on this type of coin tends to be the centre dots, they can sometimes destroy a portrait or both.......Paul
