Netherlands East Indies 1/2 Duit 1822 Km 280 Error

A friend sent me pictures of this coin and asked if I could give any information about this error - like is it a multiple strike error and possibly a grade and value. I believe it is a multiple strike but as far as a grade and value I do not know. Thank for any info you can give me. Ed

The overstruck details (i.e. the stuff on top) look off to me... a bit too crude. But maybe this is an artifact of the process?

Hopefully others will weigh in.
