Hello. I have picked up this dollar coin from the bank recently and it doesn't have a date on the front. In addition, the back has a special design on it. Is this anything special like a commemorative or something else worth keeping? Thank you for your time!

Starting in 2009, the Sacagawea dollars have featured a different design each year, and the date and mint mark moved to the edge. This one is from 2010.

How can you tell the D and P ones apart? Mine and the one above don't have any mint marks.

The mint mark is on the edge as well.
