This is coin 8 of 15 from the lot. I think I have this one right, but I'm unsure of what all the variants on Numista mean.

Normally those are the regnal years. So, all the coins of this ruler carry the AH year 1115 which is the year he ascended the throne. The other numbers are the number of years into the reign.
