This is coin 15 of 15 from the lot. I have no leads on this one, no clue where to start.

Other coins in lot were from India, Ottoman Empire, and Islamic States

The weight, diameter, and general appearance tend to indicate an Ottoman aqche.

I think the last one is close to a match on one side, but with the wear on the coin don't know if any of these are correct.
