I have a John F Kennedy Commemorative Medal Series from the Lincoln Mint that I want to check on the worth. The Certificate says that it is a hallmark Proof set issued by the Linciln Mint - one of a limited edition of five thousand solid Sterling sets. Each medal is 39mm in diameter and contains one full ounce of Sterling Silver. There are 36 of them bound in an album.

Can anyone help please?

The Lincoln Mint does not produce US coinage. There may be a small collector base out there that will pay a premium for their products but as a general rule you could expect to get at least melt for the set. Which currently as I type is $12.20 an ounce So you set is worth Around $439.20. Hope this helps... I am sure someone more knowledgeable will be a along later to expand.
