Hello all. I am fairly new to the coin community (no pun intended), and I've come across a quarter that is really baffling me. As stated in the title, it does not have a mint mark. Can anyone give me some insight on this? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated!!

It is probably a Grease Filled Die.
Sometimes when they are abraiding the die, grease gets left behind in small
areas and plugs the die until it falls out from continuous die strikes.
Not enough to add any premium.

Thank you! As I stated I am new to this and am starting my own collection. Right now just quarters. And to be honest, because I thought this could be a rarity lol, the whole collection is probably face value. Either way I find it very cool to be in possession of quarters dating back to 54 years old! And I figured many years from now, what I've collected could become very rare, and could benefit my future great great grandkids as I don't see any of the coins I have at the moment to suddenly go extinct in the near future. Thank you again for the insight!!
