I received this from a friend and I know nothing about these other than that very old coins can look very similar to more modern coins or it may be fake.

Qianlong emperor, ruled most of the 18th century and produced so many coins that these may be the most numerous Chinese coin after the Wu Zhu which were made for 700 years. I used to be able to identify the mints, but forgot. Board of Revenue or Board of Works, both in Beijing.

Looks perfectly genuine to me.
