How is this even possible? I was flipping through the registry and a registry user stated that his $20 set cost him/her $183,000!?! I call nonsense. I mean, how is this possible? These coins aren't all that rare are they?

Here is a link to the set and '$183,000 price tag claim':

350 coins, imagine the grading/shipping costs alone.
Rest in Peace

Some of the older PF70 examples may be conditional rarities that registry gamers may pay way up for.

(cost includes unsold PF67,PF68 and PF69 coins that are not included in the registry set and unsold raw coins that were culled prior to grading).

Buying several of the same coin, to roll the dice on a PF70, would add up...

The registry set owner was just passed by another collector in that set! It is quite the horse race! I can see how this would get expensive.
