dave2095 Valued Member United States 64 Posts	Posted 10/05/2008 02:55 am The 1899 Black Eagle is XF+ and the 1923 is Fine/VF I payed 225.00 for the 1899 and just 40.00 for the 1923. The holders are nice and I am happy they came with them. The dealer I got the notes from has the capital holder on sale for 12.00 dollars each. The other black and Gold holder gos for 6.00.
