Need Help Identifying Token "Baby Foot Olympic"

Can anybody tell me anything about the this token/medallion with the text "Baby Foot Olympic" and "R.L":


Need-Help-Identifying-Token-

The diameter is 26mm (larger than a quarter). The back is blank with a raised rim.

By Google, I couldn't find any direct information. The only remote possibility I ran across is that Baby Foot is an early name for the game Foosball. So perhaps an arcade token?
