Trouble deciding which one to keep top or bottom one and what experts think grade would be on these—thanks

It's very tough to evaluate random pics with different lighting angles, especially clear in your two obverse images. Please show us both coins from EXACTLY the same position.

The top one has distracting marks near eye obverse and right shoulder reverse so I'd keep the bottom one. Guess AU for both but unsure with these photos.

The first coin would grade no higher than AU. There clearly is a lot of rub on the eagle's wings.

The obverse of the second coin looks BU, but I can't say the same for the reverse. The high points of the eagle appear to have some friction and a lot of contact marks.

Better photos would be helpful. Using a tripod would help immensely.

Both AU-55 but the second one looks slightly better than the first.
