1986 Lincoln Cent Strike Error?

Hello everyone, got another one. This one seems to have been uncirculated, there are no scratches at all on this coin. However, it has these strange holes and chunks missing. Also to me it almost seems like the lettering and numbers on the face are bolder than other similar years.
The reverse side only has the one small pit, but the s and o of States Of is not fully there.

Good find or more damaged junk?

It looks like ruptured plating blisters and zinc rot. It's just PSD. Not an error.

Could be both plating and impact issues, definitely PMD.
