The reverse I believe is over polished die, lamentation, I'm unsure about the damage to the left wheat stalk. The obverse I'm unsure what would cause the missing triangle pieces along the bottom of his bust. I think there might be an xtra eyelid between his eye and ear. I wanna say there's doubling on the G,U and the date but I'm usually wrong there

Reverse looks like a stain on the left stalk and a Struck Through Grease from 10k to 12k. Obverse might be a over polished die making the "triangle" show.
