Are these pics good enough to get grading help—its a great looking coin to naked eye—also the mintage on the coin is 500,000 but research value and its about the same as much higher mintages of 20 francs—thank you

Here is a PCGS MS65 of the same type (different date).

To my eye, the sharpness of details on your coin is better. In particular the tip of the beard on that MS65 has some weakness compared to yours, and your reverse is simply remarkable in my opinion. I'm not experienced enough to give an opinion on a numerical grade given things like contact marks, but these are my observations.
