I have a 1990 Lincoln Memorial that looks like a reverse dd but also has a very weak strike on the United States of America. Any help?

It looks to be a victim of die wear and maybe weak strike or partial Grease Fill. It also looks radioactive. Be careful.

off-metal strike on Uranium-238. For safety, put it in a 2×2 holder made of lead in an underground bunker.

I'm thinking probably a bit of grease. Not a doubled die.
