Found it from http://www.banknote.ws/COLLECTION/c...URUS0201.htm or the Banknote Museum. SCWPM does not list notes from this bank but 20 Centesimos that are listed from 1875 Republica Oriental (PA99) and 1870 Junta de Credito Publico (PA108) book from Good $20- Fine $60 & XF$150 (for 1875 Oriental) and from G $5 - F $20 - $60 XF (for 1870 Junta d C P). I would consider the "F" (Fine grade) figures a good starting points if you wish to list your note. It is impossible to for me to determine the condition/grade of a note without personally inspecting it but from the scans it looks about F-VF with a bottom border nick (detraction).
