I'm not certain If that rim bump occurred during stamping or PMD. when looking at it from the obv it appears to have happened during stamping but from the rev looks like PMD. if I had to guess I would say what appears the rim bump occurred during stamping however the scratches across UNITED occurred during circulation. depending on which it is it would affect the value. if she grades straight then you stole it for that price Report this Post to the Staff
