Together with this, I can guess: On the reverse there are 12 signs in outer circle, so looks like this is Lunar calendar. The animal looks like Goat. There are no denomination or any other attributes of the coin, so probably silver round. Over the internet, found this Chinese series - the design is very similar to your coin: item ID = 183605035967 Possible, that it silver-plated round or medal, part of the set.
