Lincoln's nose on the obverse - it looks like doubling, but also kind of strange.

My guess would be Die Damage not a DDO. Note the smaller chin and the Die chip, Damage Die's will make Die chip's.

I see MT, Machine Tripling.
However the top of the head and the back of the collar almost appears as PMD.
