I came across this in some change that I've had and I'm just trying to get some answers on it it is a DDO and also what is that at the bottom I'm not too sure what to call it it's not a burn mark there's no rivet in there's Any feedback would be great sorry about some of the pictures being blurry hopefully you can still see what I'm talking about

Looks like a scrape along the bottom obverse. I think the date details are just flattened by wear.

Not a DDO, just circulation wear. That mark is displaced metal.
You can see where it has been pushed along the surface of the coin.
