the first is a commemorative medallion, marking the arrival of Napoleon's second wife, and Empress. I don't collect these, so I won't try to estimate what the market might yield for it.
The second is a token of circa 1792. The monetary system was in disarray then, and paper money "assignats" were discounted at different rates, depending upon which series they belonged to. This token refers to Assignats "the 50th [series] and above". These come on to the market regularly. Have a look in "the 'bay", and see what they get there.
Both are in pleasing grades.
