Welcome to the forum.

I suggest it is a medallion commemorating king Henry IV of France. The image vaguely resembles him, and the spelling is the French form "Henri".

The portrait does resemble Henri IV of France. My guess is that it is a gaming token.

As best I can tell, he is always HENRI IIII or HENRI 4 on his coins, never HENRI IV.
