Found on the reverse side below the steps of the building, I have arrows pointing to what I see. This is the same penny that I posted days ago with what Bill and I think might be an extra 8.

There is an outside chance that what you have is a double struck coin. Again, I can't confirm that based upon these pictures but I would suggest looking for more evidence of almost obliterated details that would have been a part of the first strike. I also see an A. Very weird coin!
