VF30/35 tarnished. I think it grades straight

I'll say EF-40 with ancient cleaning that may go straight today.

I'll go VF -DETAILS Cleaned, Only because I graded one similar that was straight graded at ANACS as a 45, and when I crossed it to NGC they DETAILED it for a very old cleaning.

I agree with Frog, EF-40 with a very old cleaning.
