This is my penny. It is a 1999 cent. I looked and thought it was a wide A M variety...... I've looked at gobs and gobs of 98, 99, 2000 pennies. But this penny is the ONLY one that even remotely looked Wide AM. The truth please.....? If additional photos are needed. I can do that too! I'm holding my breath here......

sorry to be a bother. But, should I wash this penny? Should I just leave it be? Is this something to get....like....evaluated, or assessed, or something...? Or, just stick it in a coin bag and keep it safe?

Great find! Don't clean it or wash it. Just leave it alone and store it in a 2x2 for protection.

DO NOT clean it. Pretty much no matter what circumstance, NEVER clean your coins. It ruins them and the value. Amazing find though!
