Looks like doubling on Abes forehead, nose and chin . Or is it something else from the stamping process ? Thanks

My guess would be Machine Doubling, but interested to hear what more knowledgeable people have to say.

Thats what I suspected but curious about the nose area and how it follows the chin , but no other sign other than what is on the front of his face ?
