Coin Rim Error When To Say Ahaa? - Coin Community Forum

Coinindrum Valued Member United States 68 Posts	Posted 01/17/2020 8:31 pm I was hoping the (WE) in in God we trust was messed up to be called an error, How the bottom of "W " is in the rim and the "E" touching the W was enough for at least an error . Oijogja Pillar of the Community United States 715 Posts	Posted 01/17/2020 9:03 pm Sure thing, Coinindrum. I think what you're seeing is actually the normal design for the year. The W especially is asymmetrical and it's like they modified it to still manage to fit on the curved edge of the coin. Circulation or a later die state would blur the two together a bit.
