I have a bicentennial quarter but it is two toned silver/gold hue also uniformly scratches on flat sections eg. Not raised surfaces like date, face, drummer, etc. Its also VERY magnetic! I'm so confused and curious hopefully ill figure this upload thing and can share some pics!
