to my friends listed above I have a question. do you think a coin of this age and being in circulation would have a overall consistent dull look and feel across both sides without being cleaned at some point OR do you think this coin was cleaned a while back and is now acceptable? to me the color and surfaces look to be too consistent to be natural and it appears the original surfaces have been removed for an XF coin.

EF-45 and looks 100% original to me.
