1996 Toonie, Mint Error Or Man Made?

CanadaEh New Member Canada 13 Posts	Posted 01/26/2020 1:05 pm I have a toonie and the upper part of the bear image is concave. I've looked at it with a 10x LED magnifier and there are no scratches or nicks around the area. I would really like opinions on this piece, is is a strike out or man made? I know that these first year toonies had centers coming out but wonder if this has anything at all to do with that? Report this Post to the Staff
