So the coins inside the slabs are not secure, like the holder is not wide enough to hold the coin and they move easily. Every single medal graded has this issue, and two have contacted the slab leaving contact marks on the slab.
I emailed the company that provided the service asking what are my options. Hoping to hear back with something positive(I'm sure you can tell what company it is by the picture)
Has anyone ran into this issue? Dealt with the grading company?
I dont want to bash the grading company but hesitate to send more to be graded if there isn't a fix.

Your best option would be to ask if there's a larger slab option..I believe they can offer you thicker or larger slabs upon request but they cost more.
Feel free to call me Will.

The slab itself is thick enough, it's the actual holder inside the slab that's the issue, not sure if theres an actual name for it.
