1945 LWC Date Looks Abnormally Thick "Ddo?"

As you can see, the date looks thicker than I normally see these cents come by.

That 9 also has something going on. Not for sure if that's doubling though.

I expect this isn't a DDO, but it's worth a shot anyway, all I can do is refine my skills.

Looks like circulation flattening and the 9 took a hit also.
