So while coin roll hunting in a west Cleveland suburb I came across this 1983 toned quarter in what appeared to be someone's entire quarter collection does it add value? Is this artificially toned? Does anyone want to suggest a grade?
Is-This- very hard to get a picture to depict the Purple and gold on this coin
