to CCF. Full coin pic "one" obverse and reverse rotated properly before posting...thanks.
A coin need to have a retail value of $150 or more after slabbing to justify all costs involved in sending it in. IMHO your coin does not grade high enough.

MS65, very nice early die state, might go FS, those black spots on obverse are concerning though
