1988 D LMC. Does Finish Effect Grade?

hello everyone. I have a bunch of coins with similar finish. some of them have absolutely no marks at all and I was wondering if it had an effect on grade? I'm sure there's a tutorial somewhere in grade if someone wants to give me the link, LOL

These all suffer from sloppy plating over zinc dust-covered coins - absolutely affects the grade.
