I see nothing but badly damaged coins. Probably spent some time on a highway or parking lot.

Worth face value. They look like parking lot coins, aka PMD.

On one of the coins there is what appears to be a double mint stamp one is raised the other reassessed, and then I also thought maybe a broken collar from a few other pictures I've seen on the main coin web site I'll up load those pictures in a lil thanks for any reply I'm stumped
