Its a nice coin, But I would not have it graded. To many small bag marks. Its a large date

When thinking of having a coin graded, the cost of grading is high. If your final value would make the coin worth in the neighbourhood of $150 then it would be cost effective. If not, then don't submit it, as it's financially a waste of money.
