The area on the lower rim sure looks like it's a fake coin currently on ebay.

Only have pictures to assess.
I agree - color and surface texture doesn't look right.
Accurate weight needs to be known.
XRF info would help, but not conclusive.

I'm in the genuine but cleaned camp. There is a slight rim clip at K-6 in the reverse that matches up with the obverse clip. Plus it looks like it's MDS with collar breaks.
