It's a billon (~2% silver) double denarius of Claudius II "Gothicus", 268-270 AD.
Fitting - according to the legend, he put Saint Valentine to death on February 14, 269 for marrying young people whom Claudius wanted to enlist in the army - married men had more to lose and were more likely to flee from battle!
