1964 Lincoln Cent Reverse Error Stamp? Is This Rare?

MarcyMarce New Member United States 23 Posts	Posted 02/13/2020 10:08 pm So I submitted my coin to NGC and wanted to see if this would get a stamp error . I didn't receive nothing on my slab but you can see the reverse seems to be rotated about 15 degrees more then the normal one I have right next to it. Is this considered desirable? What did it cost you,all in to have it slabbed?
