So I submitted my coin to NGC and wanted to see if this would get a stamp error . I didn't receive nothing on my slab but you can see the reverse seems to be rotated about 15 degrees more then the normal one I have right next to it. Is this considered desirable? Is it more in value? Thank you ...

The reverse looks to be within mint tolerance for rotation. It would have to be more major of a rotation for it to be included on the slab.

Is this the whole reason you submitted this coin for grading?
What grade did they assign to it? Just curious.

It has a nasty finger print on the obverse. Did you pay extra and ask for the rotation to be noted on the slab? What did it cost you,all in to have it slabbed? Just a note,I would not have spent money on slabbing that one.Check rotateddies.com

Hard to believe that coin came back as a 64 with those spots and finger prints . However without those anomalies that coin would have been a beauty .

Unfortunately it didn't come back in the perfect shape but I didn't have the coin attributed on the slab, it was my common mistake .
