I have these notes in the 50 100 500 and 1000 Pesos denomination. Can anyone tell me how to determine the date of mintage?

The bottom two have dates on them on the left side below the ley#

The first one was from(1954-1968) "Leyes 12.962 & 13.571 - San Martín" Issue.
The bottom two were from ND (1942-1957) "Ley 12.155 / 28.03.1935 - San Martín" Issue.

They have different signatures from each type. Is there anyway to tell from that the exact year or anything else about the note?
