Not sure, can't really tell, need a clearer pic, although it looks like it but that finger could have taken a hit.

Hi, hybrid. Congrats... an awesome find.

To me, your coin has the doubling similar to WDDR-018 (between the index finger and middle finger) but your coin is missing the doubling between the middle finger and the ring finger. In addition, if you look at the index finger

from Wexler's site. Hopefully, that's what I am seeing.

If your camera has the capability to capture/focus on the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger, the experts can help you more on your coin. I am just a newbie
