I just opened a roll of pennies and this beauty fell out. I dont know if I'm seeing things because of how pretty and shiny it is, but can someone with more experience tell me what they think? Is this a RPM? Thank you so much!

Looks normal to me,not a RPM.Wait for others to chime in.
