The E's all appear fine. I think you mean the TA in STATES. It's a common occurrence with Memorial Cents since that area is opposite the bust - which takes a lot of metal to fill the die.

Grease filled carries no premium unless it's extreme.
You can have it graded if you wish, but it would be a tremendous waste of money.
