I'll say AU-55/58, discoloration due to unknown environmental conditions.

AU50, to me the finish does not look out of the ordinary for 1960s cents

It was exposed to a lot, some cents will tone like this, pretty normal.

Wow , I can't remember the last time I had to grade a circulated 1964 Lincoln . So far we have VF-35 to AU-58 !
Oh what the heck ,I'll say EF-40+ toned dark from environment . Do not send it anywhere but your change pocket .
